Not a substitute for professional help

Convos is not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional. The service is for casual conversation and companionship only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
  • Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

Messaging rates

Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply. Convos is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider.

AI-generated content

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convos and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convos, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
